When I came home yesterday, Bryan had Seamus in his highchair eating Goldfish and watching Sprout. Seamus doesn’t really watch PBS or kiddie shows yet, but he was quite into it, I noticed. I had just come from a photo shoot and and had this fancy manual focus macro lens on the camera. Love the lens, hate the manual focus as trying to use it on a moving target is impossible. Thus, I rarely get to use it on this guy.

But here I had the perfect scenario. An entranced toddler, a huge bag of Goldfish and Sprout to keep him focused on the TV and not on me. He ate way too many Goldfish and I took way too many photos, but what fun!

It kind of reminds me of Robbie Cooper’s series on kids playing video games.

I wish I’d clipped his nails recently…
